For Candela Lofts, I created marketing and digital assets that reflect the building’s innovative Passive House design and elevated residential experience. The project included brand messaging, website development, and architectural visualization to showcase its modern loft layouts, premium finishes, and commitment to sustainable living. These elements position Candela Lofts as one of Hoboken’s most forward-thinking luxury residences.
