My work on Edge Lofts supported both the original vision created by Bijou Properties and its continued stewardship under Advance Realty Investors. I developed refreshed brand messaging, crafted marketing content, and produced architectural visualizations and web assets to highlight the building’s sustainable design, boutique character, and high-end lifestyle offering. These materials help communicate the property’s unique blend of luxury living and environmental performance.
